STOMACH PAINI/ ACHE

 1) Due to excess gas stomach swells and it pains if the gas is not released. Prepare mixture by crushing equal quantity of thyme and black salt. Give one spoonful of this mixture with warm water to release gas and ultimately stress and pain in stomach reduces.

2) Put 2 to 4 drops of "Amrut Dhara" on bobble ( BATASHA = Prepared by heating candy sugar) and eat it. It gives freedom from stomach pain.

3) If stomach pain is because of indigestion then take 10 gm. of mustard from kitchen shelf & swallow that along with water for immediate relief.
