INDIGESTION



1) If there is lack of hunger, sour belching or indigestion squeeze a lemon in half glass of water and add sugar to it. Drink it daily. Drink mixture of a spoonful of ginger jice, lemon and mineral salt ( saindhav salt) with a glass of water. On the core of pineapple sprinkle powder of black pepper and salt, eat it. This removes indigestion. Papaya is also helpful to cure this problem.

2) Cut a red onion and squeeze a lemon on it and eat it as salad with the food. In case of a child just give 5 drops of onion uice, That's all.
