CONSTIPATION


1) Soon after you get up ciean teeth & gargle. Then take a qlass of cold water. Later squeeze a lemon in a glass of luke warm water and drink it Then go for latrine.

2) Take two spoonful of "SAT-ISABGOL (fleawort) with coid water or milk before going to bed. It helps in passing motion clearly in the morning.

3) After lunch suck few pieces of myrobalan (harade) nearly for an hour. Then chew and eat it Please note: When person is tired, weak, hungry, thirsty or has acidity myrobalan is not advisable.

4) Before going to bed one must take a fig and two seedless currants boiled in a cup of milk. Chew them well and drink that milk too.
