1) There will be stomach pain when above problem occurs. Unless & until the navel is positioned correctly, the pain will not subside. Because of this there may be loose motions and at times you may find it difficuit to bend. So prime thing is, to bring navel to the normal position. Once the navel is set right some food should be taken. If navel slips again and again then do not try to set it repeatedly. It weakens the navel. Once the navel is set tie thick black thread round the toe of both foot to stop shift of navel.
2) Eat 20 gms. of anise, mixed in 20 gms. of jaggery early in the morning on empty stomach. Thisl results in the real adjustment of navel.
3) Rub some SARSAV oil on and around the navel. On severe pain tie a tight cotton with a cloth like a belt. Few days' repetition wil remove years old problem.
