HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE



1) Crush poppy seed and musk of watermelor seeds separately. Then mix them in equa proportion Take this mixture twice daily (morning & evening) on. empty stomach. It brings down the blood pressure and gives sound sleep.

2) one teaspoonful of powder of Fenugreek grains taken twice daily (morning & evening) on empty stomacn for a week controls the blood pressure.

3) A bud of garic with dry currant gives relief in high blood pressure.

4) Eat papaya ripened on the tee for 30 days in the morning on empty stomach. Don't eat or drink anything for next 2 hours after it.

5) Prepare wheat & gram (equal proportion) flour. Eat chappati s of this flour. Within a week's period you will be fine.

6) Every night fill a copper pot with water & drink that water after getting up in the norning. normalizes the blood pressure.

7) Crush 4 leaves of Tulsi (holy basil), 2 leaves of neem tree in water (like chutney). Take this every morning on empty stomach.
